Microsoft Outlook has emerged as most popular e-mail client. Outlook maintains all the mails in its data file that we know as PST files. Each such data file contains various folders some are created by the user or by Outlook itself where mails are actually stored. Now, the question arises what will happen to the important mails stored in the Outlook if system crashes or someone wipes out the data from the system. Also, sometimes there is a need to synchronize mails if you are using Outlook to send/receive mails on two or more systems.
Synchronize PST is the most useful feature of Advanced Email Utilities. This feature offers you a quick and easy way to backup or synchronize your Outlook mails. Besides selecting the complete Outlook data file for backup or synchronization, it allows you to select the desired folders from the Outlook data files that you wish to be backed up or synchronized. Synchronization can be done on single data file out of two data files or can be done on both data files vice-versa as required. Outlook data file synchronization can be performed on two PSTs on the same computer or PSTs on two different computers over a network.
