It has been noticed, with time and regular flow of mail in Outlook, few mail get duplicated in the mailbox. There could be several reasons for duplication of mail in your mailbox like: redundant Outlook rules, restoring backup, routing server malfunctioning, etc. Outlook maintains data file i.e. PST to store all its mail. If you have been working on Outlook from quite long time and number of mail present in the active Outlook data file is large. As a result it might be tedious or almost impossible to find and remove duplicate mail manually from such a large email database.
This feature of Advanced Email Utilities searches for the duplicate mail in all the folders of Outlook data files and removes or moves them to the temporary folder named “Backup” as selected by the user. It verifies all the fields like: name, from email address, to email address, date & time, subject, size to detect the duplication.
