Outlook mails are stored in the data file i.e. PST and each PST contains various folders created by the Outlook itself and/or by the user. With time Outlook mails grow and it becomes difficult to browse through the existing mails to find or keep the mails required at the time. Compress PST helps you to keep your Outlook mails organized and limited. This feature has variety of operations that you can perform on the complete Outlook data file(s) to manage mails stored in it. Set of rules/conditions can be created by the user to perform operation/action on the desired mails. Some of the important actions that you can perform on the mails are:

Above all actions can be conditioned for sub-conditions like Send To, From, Subject, Date Range, Message/Attachment size etc.
You can also save the settings to re-run them in future on the same or other Outlook data files. It also supports schedules for automatic periodic operations on the defined Outlook data files.
