Outlook mail are stored in the data file i.e. PST and each PST contains various folders created by the Outlook itself and/or by the user. With time Outlook mail grow and it becomes difficult to browse through the existing mail to find or keep the mail required at the time. Compress PST helps you to keep your Outlook mail organized and limited. This feature has variety of operations that you can perform on the complete Outlook data file(s) to manage mail stored in it.
